Please arrive at the hospital 10 minutes prior to the appointment for registration at the first visit. ID is required for registration. If you join an animal insurance, please bring along the certificate.

Prevention history (vaccinations, rabies, heartworm, etc.) is one of important information for medical record. Please check the latest prevention dates if available.

A preliminary estimate of the cost based on the initial examination and the anticipated testing and treatment plan will be presented. This estimate may change as the animal’s condition changes or a diagnosis is made.
For inpatient, a deposit of more than 50% of the estimate is basically required.

In cases of long term hospitalization, the bill will be presented every several days. Please place the payment each time. The term of hospitalization and daily treatment is counted by date basis (not how many nights animal stays) regardless of the time of admission or discharge. The following credit cards are accepted.
